Low, intermittent or silent signal reception

1. Check whether the battery is too low; recharge or replace the battery.
2. Check whether the volume itself is low, increase the volume through the knob or contact the dealer and manufacturer to adjust the microphone gain function.
3. Check whether the antenna is loose or not properly installed. Reinstall the antenna after power-off.
4. Check whether the speaker is damaged or blocked; do some external cleaning.
5. Check whether the radio is beyond BS coverage.

Other voice or noise occurs in the channel

1. Check whether it is interfered by the same frequency users. It is suggested to change the frequency or adjust the noise level.
2. You can configure signaling for all terminals in the group to prevent co-frequency interference. The signaling settings of all terminals must be changed at the same time.
