Maintenance Policy
Kirisun provides comprehensive maintenance policies for limited warranty, return and exchange, return and repair, and out-of-warranty repair.
Limited Warranty
KIRISUN warrants that its products will be free from defects in material, design, or shipping for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment and six (6) months from the date of shipment of its batteries and accessories.

During the warranty period, KIRISUN will repair or, at its option, replace any part found to be defective in material or design.

Repair or replacement service is provided for the remainder of the original warranty period or during the extended warranty period.
Limitations of Warranty
Warranty Limitations Void Conditions - KIRISUN's limited warranty does not apply to any defects caused by improper installation, excessive use, alteration, mishandling, misuse, accident, improper packaging, abnormal use, excessive heat or cold, moisture, vibration, shock, spillage of food or liquids, failure to comply with product manual instructions, power failure/surge, lightning, severe weather, repairs, upgrades, unauthorized sources, or modification of behavior.

The warranty does not apply to any product or part whose original serial number has been altered, modified, defaced, or removed.
Return Packaging

Return Freight Charges
KIRISUN warrants that its products will be free from defects in material, design, or shipping for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment and six (6) months from the date of shipment of its batteries and accessories.
Repair Policy
During the warranty period of the product, the repair center will repair or replace the equipment free of charge to the customer at its discretion.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If the product is not covered by the warranty, the repair center will evaluate the product upon receipt and provide the customer with an estimate of the repair cost. Depending on the level of repair, the repair center performs repairs after receiving an evaluation of the equipment.

Disclaimer of Warranty Services
In no event shall Kirisun be liable for any damages, including lost profits, loss of business, loss of savings, downtime or delays, labor, repair or material costs, personal or property injury, or for the use or inability to use such products, even if Kirisun has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, or any claim by any other party. The foregoing warranties are the sole warranties authorized by Kirisun and are in lieu of any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Kirisun reserves the right to waive its warranty policy in accordance with the full and/or timely unpaid amounts set forth in the invoice terms.
