The frequency reading/writing is abnormal.
A
1. Check whether the cable connection is ok.
2. USB driver may be not installed. Install it.
3. Check whether the port is in good condition. If damaged, replace it.

GPS can't locate.
A
1. Check whether the antenna is normal. If no, replace the GPS antenna.
2. Check whether the GPS Settings are correct. If no, reset it.
3. The antenna may be in a shielded environment. Bring it to the open space.

Reception indicator turns green but no sound.

1. Check when the volume knob turned to the minimum; adjust it.
2. Check the speaker for damage. If damaged, replace it.

1. The antenna is not in good contact. Tighten the antenna head.
2. The transmitting and receiving frequency is incorrect. Select the same frequency.

1. If the frequency of two radios is inconsistent; select the channel with the same frequency.
2. The CTCSS/CDCSS signaling codes are different; Reset them on the computer.

No response after power-on
A
1. Check whether the battery is powered. If the battery is low, charge it and try again or replace the battery pack with a new one.
2. The ON/OFF button is not in good contact. Clean the port with alcohol and try again.
3. The power terminal is not in good contact with the power supply. Reinstall it and try again.
4. The reverse connection of the power supply leads to an open fuse of the power cable. Replace the fuse and try again.

Check whether the CTCSS, CDCSS, color code and time slot Settings of the terminal and the repeater are correct.
