Unable to transmit a call
A
1. Check whether the call indicator is green. At this time, the radio may be in the receiving status. Press the PTT button when the indicator is idle.
2. Channel parameters can be set in PC software as Transmission Always Allowed.
3. Press the PTT transmission button to check whether the radio indicator is red. If not, check whether the battery is low.
4. Check whether the PTT button is damaged.

Normal call interrupted
A
You may receive a call with a higher priority or an emergency call. You can set up the call again after priority calls.

Unable to power on.
A
1. Check whether the battery is correctly installed. Remove the battery and reinstall it.
2. Check whether the battery is exhausted. Charge or replace the battery.
3. Check whether the power switch is faulty. Replace the power switch.
4. Check whether the battery contacts are in poor contact due to dirty or damage. Clean the battery/radio contacts.
If it still doesn't turn on, please contact the manufacturer or distributor.

Will it damage the battery to continue charging after the indicator turns green?
A
No, it will not. Lithium battery voltage is less than 8.4 v. Charging termination voltage is decided by the lithium battery charger and the radio's protection board. It is the main means of voltage detection. When the charge voltage reaches the valve value, the circuit inside the charger or lithium battery protection board switch tube will be shut down immediately. Then the charging indicator turns green and continuing to charge will not damage the battery.

How to deal with water ingress?
A
Remove the battery; disassemble the radio including the antenna, frame, circuit board, conductive rubber, etc.; clean it with absolute alcohol and leave it to dry.

Forget the channel parameter password, how to remove the password?
A
The factory defaults password is 12345678 to change channel parameters. If the password is set manually and you need to cancel the password, you shall return it to the factory to solve it, or contact the local dealer.
Q
When communicating with T60/T65, there is a noise and cannot communicate normally
A
Log in to the platform, go terminal list, remotely set terminal parameters, find the corresponding T65/T60 terminal, and turn off the HD voice function. Restart the radio.
