Unable to read and write frequency

1. Check whether the repeater and computer are properly connected the network cable.
2. The PC software model and version may be incorrect.
3. Check whether the IP address of the repeater is the default one. If there is any change, adjust the IP address.
4. Check whether the IP address is the same as that of the repeater.
If the problem remains, please contact the manufacturer and distributor.

Unable to boot.

1. Correctly connect the power cord and ensure good contact.
2. Disassemble the shell and check whether the output voltage of the internal power box is normal. If there is no output from the power box, replace it.

The repeater shows red light alarm.
A
1. Check whether the RF converter cable or antenna/feeder cable connected to the transmitter is loose or damaged. If yes, tighten or replace the cable in time.
2. If the IP interconnection mode is set on the repeater and there is no network interconnection between the primary server and the client, an alarm will be displayed. Check the network interconnection status to ensure that the network can be interconnected, and the alarm will automatically stop.

The communication radius is generally about 10-20 kilometers. It depends on the location and height of the antenna, as well as the site environment and the surrounding buildings. The coverage distance varies.
