Multiple Voice Dispatching Types

Private Call/Group Call/All Call between dispatchers and terminals. Full-duplex call between dispatchers and SIP phones. It provides effective and flexible voice communication types for your workers.

Customizable Interface Layout

Dispatch software adopts adjustable UI design; dispatcher can adjust the interface layout based on personal operating habits. Dispatch software adopts modular design to support split screens.

IP Site Connection

Repeaters located at different place can connect through IP network. Different time slots of
repeaters can be connected with each other. Terminals seamlessly roam among repeater sites.

Organization & Authority

Administrator set different authority for his dispatchers, e.g., terminal users and areas that he can dispatch, to improve organization management and dispatching.

GPS and Geo-fencing

Dispatch console shows the real-time position of terminals on the map, and all the history GPS record is recorded for you to play back any time. DS5800 supports creating different shapes and colors of Geo-fencing and setting 'enter' or 'leave' alarm for terminals.

VoIP

The system is compatible with SIP protocol, which supports interconnection with IP phone or PSTN gateway.

Recording and Log

All the voice calls are recorded in the server for checking and playback. All the logs of calls, message, emergency, and terminal control can be exported as reports.
