The system provides powerful voice call functions. Through individual calls, group calls, and system calls, the airport dispatch center can efficiently direct the right personnel to the place at the right time and facilitate tasks of flight crew, back office, ground service, and security.

Real-Time Location Recording

The dispatching center monitors the vehicle and personnel status information in real-time and visualizes them on a map; it checks whether the airport staff and vehicles have arrived at the right location. The dispatching center records the calls of all the devices of various departments. In case of an incident, the recording can be reviewed and enables evidence-based investigation.

Interconnection Across Departments
