Background 

In order to cope with the problems of large number of accidents and insufficient police force under the current situation of fire emergency in China, the Hebei provincial government has established a new fire protection model. This model requires the completion of emergency management informatization, and continuously improve monitoring and early warning capabilities, supervision and law enforcement capabilities, auxiliary command and decision-making capabilities, rescue combat capabilities, and social mobilization capabilities, and promote the modernization of emergency management with informatization.

To meet the construction needs of the Hebei Provincial Government for firefighting forces, the Kirisun firefighting system solution has emerged.
