Kirisun Successfully Concludes 2025 National Partner Conference

Kirisun successfully concluded its three-day 2025 National Partner Conference, held from April 18 to 20, under the theme "Gathering Strength, Planning for the Future, Creating Win-Win."
The event brought together hundreds of strategic partners and industry experts, including Professor Xiong Ke from Beijing Jiaotong University and Researcher Lin Bangjiang from the Haixi Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Chairman Fu Wenliang opened the conference by warmly welcoming partners and acknowledging that it had been four years since Kirisun last held such an in-depth exchange with its domestic network.

General Manager of the Domestic Market, Mr. Yi Jinxing, shared updates on Kirisun’s recent momentum, including the opening of a new Beijing branch, a 15% increase in team size, and over 10 million RMB invested in market expansion and product certifications.
He emphasized that these achievements, including doubling performance since 2022, would not have been possible without the trust and dedication of Kirisun’s partners.
Looking ahead, Mr. Yi reaffirmed the company's commitment to helping its partners succeed, with plans for international expansion and 10 to 20 technology exchange events across China in 2025 designed to provide real project support and long-term value.
Mr. Wu Xuhui, General Manager of R&D, provided a comprehensive overview of Kirisun’s technology development, highlighting the company’s over 70 invention patents, 90 utility model patents, and more than 1,500 qualification certificates.
He explained Kirisun’s structured development process, which includes 22 key stages and over 270 subtasks, as well as a testing regimen featuring more than 50 core tests, 280 reliability assessments, and over 2,000 functional validations.
Mr. Wu also introduced the company's dual-core quality management model, which includes Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Process (VOP), supported by four automation platforms that enable end-to-end process visibility and product excellence.
Launch of Collaborative Lab for Localized Manufacturing and Strategic Cooperation Project
A significant milestone was the launch of a joint innovation laboratory in partnership with Beijing Jiaotong University and the Haixi Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
This strategic collaboration is designed to strengthen Kirisun’s ability to develop secure, self-reliant technologies by directly addressing the challenges of unstable global supply chains and rising costs of imported components, especially in the field of digital two-way radios.
By combining academic expertise with industry resources, the partnership reinforces Kirisun’s long-term goal of delivering domestically sourced, high-performance solutions for mission-critical communications.
Mr. Ma Liang, General Manager of the Systems Division, introduced Kirisun’s rugged "Three-Break Guarantee" Communication System—a trusted concept in China’s emergency communication sector, referring to the three most common failure points during disasters: network outages, road blockages, and power failures.
This system is designed to maintain stable communication even in the harshest conditions, enabling rescue coordination and frontline command to continue uninterrupted.
Featuring a wind-solar hybrid-powered mesh base station with self-healing capabilities, this system allows for voice and video communication even in the harshest environments.
Already deployed in provinces like Shaanxi and Fujian, it plays a critical role in forest fire rescue, government response coordination, and national mobilization efforts.
Senior Marketing Manager Mr. Hong Shuwei provided a deep dive into Kirisun’s signaling-level converged communication solution, an architecture that enhances operational efficiency through signaling protocols, enabling each communication to carry not only voice but also metadata such as terminal status, GPS location, and device identity.
This allows dispatchers to manage unified calling, location tracking, and task assignment across networks, all from a single platform.
He emphasized its advantages over traditional systems in terms of data aggregation, operational efficiency, and real-time responsiveness.
Mr. Hong highlighted deployments at Wanhua Chemical and Changqing Oilfield, where the system supports park-wide coordination, as well as fire-rescue operations utilizing a three-tier command structure connected through hybrid satellite and mesh network technologies.
These case studies underscore the system’s value in complex, time-sensitive environments where reliability and integration are critical.
KiTalk PTToC platform & AI Empowerment
Deputy General Manager He Dafeng delivered a detailed overview of the KiTalk PTToC platform, which now supports over 300,000 users with a platform availability rate of 99.975%.
He showcased the system’s core capabilities, including encrypted group dispatch, indoor positioning, and seamless multi-device connectivity—each designed to meet the needs of critical communications environments.
The platform’s compliance with certifications such as ISO 27001 reinforces its robust security posture.
Mr. He also introduced the latest AI-powered modules, including intelligent noise suppression, voiceprint authentication, and smart assistant features, designed to enhance performance and user experience across various industries, such as public safety, transportation, and industrial operations.
