38 groups of standard CTCSS and 83 groups DCS are available (PC programmable). Built-in CTCSS/DCS Encoder/Decoder can prevent co-channel interference and unwanted conversations on the same frequency and ensure smooth communication.

Channel Scan

16 Channels

Up to 16 channels could be programmed for conversation, providing flexible channel assignments among different user groups.

Busy Channel Lockout (BCLO)

BCLO is used to prevent the interference with the on-going conversation. If BCLO is on, the radio will be remaining in receiving status even with PTT pressed to avoid interfering with others on conversation.

Auto Power-saving

Auto power saving can prolong the talking time and stand-by time 10 seconds after no signals or operation, the auto power-saving is activated to minimize power consumption. It resumes to normal mode while receiving signals or being operated.

 

Time-out Timer (TOT)

When TOT is on and the transmission exceeds the preset time limit, the radio will stop after warning tone. TOT can prevent the radio from any potential damage caused by overlong transmission.

Wired Clone

To quickly set the parameters on a radio, the radio data could be cloned from another radio with cloning cable, saving the time of parameter setting.

Programmable

With the programming cable, the parameters on radio could be configured by programming software

Squelch Level Programmable

Squelch reduces background noise and improves sound quality.

Adjustable squelch level makes the radio widely used in various environments.

Low Battery Alert

When the battery power is low, the LED indicator flashes red, reminding user to recharge or replace the battery.

Squelch Hysteresis

When signal become weak, the squelch close will be delayed.
